Position Summary

Your On-Ramp Into Commercial Real Estate

As Junior Sales Agent, you'll get hands-on exposure to the full commercial real estate listing lifecycle alongside operational, research, and property marketing support. Working closely with senior advisors and brokerage leadership, you'll build comprehensive industry knowledge while laying the foundation for a long-term career in CRE.

Core Responsibilities

What You'll Own

Marketing & Listing Support

  • Create standard marketing flyers, property brochures, postcards, and offering memorandums from information provided by advisors
  • Coordinate direct mail initiatives and email marketing campaigns using established Astonish brand templates

Listing & Platform Management

  • Maintain accurate listing information across Buildout, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and the company website
  • Assist advisors with desktop support in Buildout and verify / update listing collateral monthly

Database & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update CRM databases, logging client contacts, property records, call lists, and outreach activities

Research & Valuations

  • Conduct market research projects and pull comparables from database sources to assist advisors with Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs)
  • Support tenant representation packages and deal proposals

Client & Deal Execution

  • Assist senior advisors in showing property space and preparing presentation materials
  • Follow up with potential clients and help coordinate transaction documentation

Process, Brand & Special Projects

  • Comply with Astonish brand standards and follow set processes for routine brokerage, marketing, and listing execution
  • Support leadership with special administrative, analytical, or departmental projects as directed
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required
Licensing Active State of Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License, or willingness to obtain one (licensing coursework support available)
Technical Proficiency Proficient in Google Workspace / MS Office
Key Competencies Exceptional written and oral communication, strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, self-starter attitude, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
Platforms Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, Buildout, and Zoho CRM
