Gueorgui “Georgie” co-founded Astonish Commercial Group in 2025 and actively serves as a prominent commercial real estate advisor located in Cincinnati, OH. Successfully closing more than 350 deals across the nation, Georgie particularly focuses on investment and auction sales nationwide along with office and flex leasing in the Cincinnati market. 

While attending the University of Cincinnati in 2017, Georgie earned his real estate license and began advising and closing transactions. Upon graduating with a BAA in Real Estate, Georgie continued his career in brokerage with NAI Bergman. His tenure earned him extensive experience and a number of CoStar Power Broker awards. His deep industry knowledge and strategic insights make him a leader in creating efficient and effective strategies, positioning his clients for success in a rapidly evolving market.
